I have a mobile beach
« on: 16 January 2008, 20:01:49 »

'lo everybody,

first of all, this isn't directly related to an omega. a member of my family owns an omega, but i have an astra (h).

and i'm hoping somebody could help me out with the beach which has magically appeared somewhere behind my dashboard.

when i accelerate/brake (usually from/to a stop) there is a large sloshing noise coming from the front of the car. i also have heavy misting on the windows after it's been sat for a while, and, the blowers have to run all the time to keep it clear.

i'm hoping somebody knows by some chance, how to get the scuttle off of the air intake below the windscreen so i can get at the underneath and try to find a blocked drain, i have fears of another heavy rainfall resulting in water going through the heating system.

thanks in advance everybody, hope somebody out there can help!  [smiley=sad.gif]
