How many do you smoke in a day Dave?
As you're on rollies you may want a stronger mix, try 30 or 36 mg/ml or 3%.
I was on about 30 filtered rollies a day and I find 1.8% to be about right for me. If you go too strong you'll feel it in the back of your throat. If you manage to ditch fags you can then start to drop the nicotine strength till you're using 0 nicotine. I suppose then it's a case of do you use the e-cig just for the flavours or ditch it altogether.
The tanks are really easy to use, liquid comes in a small plastic dropper bottle and you just squirt it into the tank then plug the tank into the e-cig. You get a few caps for the tanks so you can carry full ones with you in case you run out.

Havent a clue  ;D A 50g pouch lasts me about 4 days  :-\

I have tried it all:

I managed a week after some very expensive hypnotherapy

Patches give me terrible nightmares and itch like crazy

Zyban and champix both turned me into a raging lunatic i.e uncontrollable anger levels

Parma violet scented nasal spray, not too bad really

E cig works well and I have done a few days but i have to admit......... I love a nice fag !

What if every packet had a random exploding cig in it, would that help?

It could be a money spinner!

It would certainly concentrate what was left of your mind after you'd found the random gasper! ;D

Might be worth trying a new e-cig TD as the atomisers don't last forever, think of them as a service part. I'd recommend an ego-c type. They use tanks of fluid that you refill yourself and there are loads of flavours to try.
I'm on blueberry at the moment and it's very nice.

Have you a linky for the one you use Captn  :)

I use these http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk/products/tornado-ego-c-products.html
Never used mail order as they have a shop close by.
Started with an tornado tank but when the atomiser needed replacing I swapped to the ego-c which is basically the same bit of kit but with replaceable atty cartridges so cheaper in the long run.

Dave, Tesco sell the ones Im using on their fag counter - you could always buy the disposable one for £5.99 just to see if it might suit you, then either go for the rechargeable one and refills, or Captain Zok's suggestion of the flavoured ones.  Im using the menthol refills, and they're fine, I'm not having any bad effects at all.

Good luck.

My mother was really heavy smoker with no any health issue at all for all her life long but after she reached the age of 59 suddenly got a lot of problem in a short period of time. All her problems were caused by stenosis of her veins, which was caused by the huge amount of cigarette she consumed. There was no cure for the stenosis as it was so extended then some month later in August last year she passed away :'( smoking caused issue it's like an eagle, which is falling aiming a rabbit but by that time the rabbit senses the eagle's shadow it is too late. Hats off Lin I wish you enough power to insist on your decision!  :y
