Salt Got to The Paint Work
« on: 16 April 2007, 09:24:58 »

After Having My MOT done I decided to give my Car a good old Polish as it was nice and sunny on Saturday.

Any How I came across some Rush Bubbles on the one on Near side front door and 3 on the near side Passenger door.

I do park on a busy main road and i think its been chipped from the side and when it sat for about a month odd over xmas when she was knacked i think the salt has gotten in Grrrrrr

Looks like ill have to rub the areas down treat the rush bubble problem areas and respray them.

What an Arse. I think ill wait till its more summer time and tackle it then as the rust bubbles will just grow and grow.

Should not be a to hard Job as Years ago I used to work as a Resprayer and Touch Upper Just not looking forward to matching the paint if i remember silver does not fade so bad in the sun and matching the paint will not be toooo hard.

Lucky I spotted them Early as the are only small at the mo
