Won't bending down to set up the ramps so the dog can get in ,or picking the dog up ,defeat any benefit of it being higher for your old bones to get in  :-\

If you'd asked about alternatives I might have suggested a VW Toerag or a Hyundai Santa Fe, but you didn't!  :)

Father had one for a month, and liked it, easy to get in and out, lots of toys. Definitely easy to get in, for the older less agile person

I like both of those but much more expensive, esp the VW.
