I assume you've been to the docs and got the patches/nicotine inhalers/nicotine spray (altho the inhalers are rubbish but the spray gives you a good hit of nicotine)

All on prescription and free to you AA

I just gave up. If you want to give up,then give up,otherwise don't bother.
Since I gave up two years ago, and ive been nothing but unwell since I gave up, more trips to the hospital and doctors than a ambulance.When I mentioned this to the consultant, and said I might aswell start smoking again, he wasn't best impressed.

Not going well

I got to admit i went back to the cigs  But im going to give the ecigs another go  maybe the cherry flavoured N'co lites 

I'm also at day 0.. 

 

Just ordered one like this to try Smokey 

i'd be interested to find out how you get on with that.....as it says in the description "no nicotine", so i dont see how that works 

Wow  This bit of kit is the best yet  I went for the pineapple flavour , leaves that after taste you get from a cig and lasts so you dont crave .. Going to send for some different flavours , blackberry and B&H
