Had a proper look underneath the 3.2.
Right hand rear self levelling shock absorber has spat its oil out so a new pair required. The vertical facing fuel line above the diff is quite badly corroded over the first couple of inches. Is this a return pipe, as if it is it doesn't do much returning.
Looks a shit to get at as well.
Exhaust is stainless and all ok there.
The inside face of the front brake discs are in a shocking state so new discs and pads required. It also needs four new tyres. Front offside chassis rail near front brake sensor clipping point needs a wire brush and a lick of paint but is not crunchy behind it thankfully. Left hand side is fine. Front end bushings and suspension appears ok when levered. Waxoyl fired along the cills a few years back keeps them looking
wet but who knows what's lurking behind there.
At what stage do you decide to get rid.
It is still a tidy car and runs very well, a bit too well sometimes.
Decisions, decisions.
