Air con has a leak was going to buy a condenser and drier but thought i might take a look at the evaporator to check for leaks.

Omega General Help / coolant leak

I have a coolant leak from a black plastic unit with 3 smallish 20MM sort of size pipes going into it. Its located next to the servo so difficult to see at the back of the engine.
Anyone know whats its called? or where to buy? cheers

General Car Chat / Oil change did they do it!!!

Took my nissan juke diesel in to the dealer for its first service.
The oil was black and thin as you would expect. Picked it up and drove 5 miles home.
Checked the oil to find it was still black and thin!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never had a diesel before, is this normal?

Omega General Help / Front exhaust pipe

Replacing my front pipe. Do i use sealer on the manifold and two joints on the pipe. There is a joint with a gasket in front of the cat and a flange butt joint where it joins the middle exhaust section.
The cat has a warning label saying no sealer to be used on the joints in front of it. Can damage cat!!!

I have a 2001 'y' reg facelift CD..

My lights are useless. They are the HID type I believe
I have polished the lens and this has helped but I'm wondering if the bulbs loose performance with age???

What is the type of bulb I'm after ?
So ram night breakers seem to give greater brightness.
 Please help before I crash and die

I have the airbag light on the dash, now an MOT failure I believe 
I get P0727 can receipt error
P1781 receive error
then P1781 drivers side airbag

Does anyone know where I should start looking
