2.5TD lift pump

Hi guys, is there any recommended mileage to change the lift pump?? what's the part nr? :-?

nope they eiter work or dont or get gummed up, easy way is to turn ignition on and listen or remove fuel filter and turn on ignition see if you get fuel pumping out, first port of call is to try and clean it out and direct voltage to it, if no go replacement

Even if it doesn't work, the chances are it's just clogged up. Easy enough to clean pump & filter, see the maint guide. :y
