Could try rubbing down & spraying piano black or just replace....doubt if you`ll find perfect ones but should be able to get `em half decent. Whereabouts are you

i was adviced to use paint thinner on them with a cloth and wipe untill the plastic shows then paint them or leave them that way .

if you are good with paint, rub down and repaint, you can then have any colour  you desire

Thats one very worn interior looks like an ex taxi or Police car  I think the easiest fix is to look for a donar car for replacement trim.

not so easy to find donor cars outside uk.. at least not that easy . from what i saw in uk you break even good working cars

I can find a fair share of prefacelift cars here relatively easily.
But cannot find a single facelift in the scrappies  :-?

Sure it wasent me that advised that,as i done mine last year with paint thinner,it was a bit tedious,but worth it in the end.
