Rear bumper F/S mini f/lift Z147

Nice and clean rear bumper off my mini facelift Elite saloon in Z147 silver, no marks or scrapes. £30

Is the lower most section (i.e. bottom edge) black or colour-coded silver?

If silver, I'll have it.  Trying to get rid of as many black bits as poss of me MV6.
