Can anybody help with the procedure for removing and replacing the dash please?

Hi Guys.

Bin doin stuff on my 2.5 CDX and thought you  lot are probably the best place for advice. Brief story so far.
Bought car as Mot failure - replaced two front tyres, offsice rear spring and winscreen - then run out of work - sat on drive for 6 months! Old Rover ran out of Mot after commuting to Birmingham for 4 weeks - now have money for Mot. Passed with just hand brake and headlamp adjustment.
Great to drive. Replaced offside rear window regulator, removed alarm siren(batteries dead) and replaced drivers door lock solanoid. Just dash bulbs and coolant level sensor to do.
