a little engine mod.....

as above decided to fit the cams i had for sale
 whilst doing swapped to alloy cam covers with a homemade pearl kinda paint affect ...






thought best to tidy up the plenum aswell so tryed to match my earlier paint affect ... ::)






visually well happy ...for now !!! ;D

performance wise certainly a far better experience now a massive improvement !! ..... :y

so decided to give her a well earned full valet ....




appoligies for poor quality pics .... :(

I notice cams 1 and 2, the pulleys were not locked, with the belt off. I hope the crank was at 60deg BTDC !!  ::)

not if ya know what ya doing  ;)

runs like a dream ....(old cams rattled like crazy on start up :( )

nice......how do you get on when trying to top up the engine with oil?

a adapted funnel will be used for oil changes etc ...
just had 1 so ok for a while yet ..

Loving the outside shot, I'm going to have to photo mine under some lights now...

 Like what you've done under the bonnet, though I wouldn't have it on my car. Different strokes and all that. :)
