today changed the spacers to aluminium 7075 T6
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7075_aluminium_alloy 
 
its very light.. each 760 gr compared to 1.8 kg steels..

and besides yesterday, I tried to take one spacer from car for measures.. but the wheel nuts are torqued by a maniac ..
 
after the 4th nut I break the wrench and tear my hand >:( >:(
 
I called the tire shop that sell me the tires and I ask why you torque like that,
 
answer : opel cars torque themselves ... UTTER BOLLO*KS :o ;D  crap..
 
no extra wrench around !!

Did you manually drill the holes or cnc?

Yes thats why i bend 2 iron bars getting my wheel nuts off ...must be the vx/opel automatic wheel tightener bolts  ;D

Nice spacers , will be round to pick them up later  :P :y

not cnc (cnc owners ask for more and too many) but not manual.. a vertical machine for drilling..

 
you can be sure for drill locations.. all  are exact..  most time spend on it.. :y

I talked to the machine shop.. he can do.. total cost 300 TL nearly 106 £ for 4.. but cant estimate how much is cargo.. :-\
