Ok, visualize it as a 'comedy sketch' with a graphically realistic 'kicking' scene and see if you still find it so funny.

This motivational speech by the great R Lee Ermey must rate as being one of the greatest continuously ad libbed/improvised/off-script pieces in recent film history.

He was of course a highly decorated US Marine in reality.

I like the fact that he was hired as a consultant to find an actor who would play that part.  He did a demo of what that person should be able to do and they liked him so much they hired him instead!  He has since been a small time actor in several films  :y

I find that quite amusing 'cos they say it's all right to have a group for one nationality but actually they are running a group for all nationalities except one.

It looks a bit iffy to me.
