have you got any pic's of the tensioner as not 100% if it's defo that gone and I wouldn't want you removing parts just for me and they later turn out to be the wrong bit lol

Yup i'm pretty sure it is the tensioner but just for confirmation i have some pic's how do i go about loading them onto here?

also once replaced how do i stop it from seizing again?

Thanks again for all the help I have now up-loaded the pic on the other thread and i'll try and keep this one about the meet tomoz  ;D
