Hi Guys and Gals,

I have joined up here as I am looking at buying a 2.2DTi for work. Currently drive a new Skoda Fabia SDi but I need more comfort and more poke. I have a budget of around £2000 and have seen some very good cars for not much money at all. I will be using the forum to research my choice of vehicle and see what I need to look out for if anything.

Any tips that can be passed my way please feel free to enlighten me.

Under-steer is when the front of the car hits the wall, and over-steer is when the rear of the car hits the wall.
Power is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how much of the wall you take with you.
