....

Also, they've introduced annualised hours. So they can arse up "Friday" at a moments notice by asking for more hours in the off shift.

Ooooo! Not good  ???

Very not good indeed.  Very seasonal work load, so makes sense financially for the company. But pissed off the entire work force. Big time.

I'd love to be back on shifts  :( 9-5 is crap

Although 3x 12 hours does save on travel costs with more time off. But 12 hours is a long day. Very long. Veeeery very long. Indeed. :(

12 hours is a long day. Especially when you've 12 hours on-call, starting afterwards! Going back to a 9-5 job is starting to look quite attractive. Especially one where I wouldn't have to deal with customers.

It's not ruddy Friday :P Every week you tell this lie...

Two more days of the vein on my temple bulging at the ridiculousness at work before the weekend, three more for Amy's one day off..

Last (early afternoon) shift tomorrow, then the usual rostered five days off :y

Due in to Cardiff Central at 2025, and I'll be off home like a rat with daps on 8)

These 4-day 35-hour weeks are killing me ...

Ive got a 2 day 24 hour week this week, a 3 day 45 hour next week, and a 4 day 60 hour week the week after. Christmas period will be around 100 hours per week, but a lot of that will be dayshifts with no-one else there. If the weathers good, plenty of little jobs to be done on the cars.
