I was going to suggest a Romanian young lady as there are some beauties from there!!  :-* but if you can't get it up, then a fat old moustachio-ed Bulgarian will do the trick, probably cheaper and will cause less aggro with Mrs STEMO!  ::)  ;)  ;D
