engine problem

Please help with advice! I have 2,0 l 16v auto engine on my omega , and it's cutts off on low rpm's. i allready changed air injection controle valwe . After cutting off it's starts easily with no problems and working for about 15-20 sec.

ICV might not have needed changing, just a very good clean out with carb cleaner, but also clean the throttle body out aswell and ALL breather pipes

If you didn't clean the rest of the breathers and throttle body, the gunk will soon end up in the new ICV...

i'm allready cleaned all breathers and throttle body, but it didn't help. What else can i do?

Did you check the breather jet below the throttle body iaw the
above link?

Did you clean the Idle Air Control Valve properly, so that you
clean the hidden airways and second valve orifice, also shown
in the above link?

If all ok, have you done a paper clip test, and checked for codes
iaw this link?

Ensure you watch the video. It may also be useful to have a second person
with you to write down the codes as you shout them out.
This way you can keep your eyes glued to the flashing light and not miss
one flash and get yourself out of sync.

Yours is probably a Simtec that does 4 figure codes that you check with
the engine not running. (Ignition still on, though)
