A few on here (especially those who accompany me/us to the Welland Steam Rally) will no doubt confirm my partiality to a good few glasses of:

of an evening ... until some blinding headaches (the following morning) forced a switch to this very agreeable ale:

However, I've just sampled half a gallon of:

As the bottle says: "Gloriously Peachy" ... My verdict: Absolutely bloomin' lovely! :y
Anyone else tried it? ... Badger 'Golden Glory' ... that is! 8)

Following last year's somewhat traumatic (for some) dramatic affair, is anyone interested in attending another entertaining event? :o

Got a great venue sorted ... honest!
There's 5-star en-suite accommodation with Sky/WiFi/Bar and all-weather EHU-equipped pitches for campers/caravanners. ::)

Anyone ... ? 8)

... and the lovely Emma, for their extremely generous invitation to an all-expenses-paid nosh-up for the entire Seth clan at one of Hampshire's finest eateries tomorrow (Monday) evening. :y

We'll be overnighting near Winchester, en-route to the Isle of Wight for our annual Summer hols.
From there, we stay in the Cotswolds before arriving at Newent on Wednesday 28th. 8)

What a great way to kick-start our vacation! ;D

Usual venue:

Pelerine Caravan & Camping Site, 34 Ford House Road, Newent, Glos; GL18 1LQ.

Tel: 01531 822761

Website: http://www.newent.biz/index.html

SatNav:

Best ignored until you approach Newent traffic lights, especially if you're towing a caravan!

Directions:

Leave the M50 at Junction 3, and follow the 'Newent B4221' sign.
After around 3 miles, turn left onto the B4215 (at Newent traffic lights) and thence follow the pink direction signs as shown below:

Or:

Leave the A40 west of Gloucester (near Highnam), and take the B4215 to Newent traffic lights.
Turn right, (actually remaining on the B4215), and follow the pink direction signs.

Courtesy of Mr Entwood, here's an excellent map detailing this route:

Omega General Help / ECU interchangeability query
« on: 12 August 2013, 11:06:56 »
Our present (non-chipped) TD has a '427' ECU; and I've been given the (chipped) '427' ECU from our previous car.

Question for the OOF technical boffins:
Can the chipped unit be made to work on the non-chipped car, so that either ECU could be randomly swopped on our present car?

Just wondering really, as the chipped unit is available to moi absolutely gratis! ;)
