MOT pass.
« on: 12 March 2019, 18:18:15 »

Not the Omega but the 190D. Apparently the emissions/ smoke test has been tightened up since last year so I was a bit nervous, but it passed - with Diesel in the tank rather than the usual WVO.
Got a few advisories - slight play in steering box. one small area of rust I had missed, and a deteriorated rear number plate.
Not bad for 29 years old and 240,000 miles.  8) :)

Off topic, but hey ho.  ;D My lad takes microwave burgers to uni with him. Feasters, I think they're called. He left one in the fridge last weekend, so I just microwaved it for a snack. They are fickin evil. I can't say 'taste like', because I've nothing to compare them too. Shite, utter shite.

Was he licking his lips at the time, looking hungry? There must be some salt 'n' vinegar left in it.

Not allowed to take it there running on vegoil. First time I tried he said "this is a workshop, not a f***ing chip shop, get that thing out of here". ;D ;D
Also unlikely to pass the visible smoke test running on veg.

If you pay for fish and chips AND mushy peas, you don't even need to take the car down!  8) :)
