Hello guys my name is Vlad i'm from Romania, and my car is 2.2 dti 2003 estate Omega, and i have a problem with my ventilation:the fan doesn't stop from blowing even with my key off the  ignition,so i took everything off(glove compartment....)and i found the fan regulator and i pulled the wires out it stopped from blowing,so can it be burned? If so,can somebody please tell me codes it has on it so i can order one, because mine doesn't have any codes on it,not even a manufacture.....Thank you.

Welcome to the forum. :y

This part often fails due to getting wet when the scuttle drain becomes blocked. We have a guide to show how to clean it out.

Have a look here : http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1206287560

I would recommend trying to get a second hand fan speed regulator. It's the type of part that is normally reliable (if dry!) but quite expensive new.
