A   H-U-G-E   Thank You to TheBoy!
« on: 12 December 2006, 20:39:20 »

…for updating the ECUs on my car, with great persistence and while braving the elements on this cold, windy, and wet afternoon!  :y

…and for helping me start it later when the battery went flat...  ;D

I suppose you could get a new post-98 autobox and ECU from a breakers... would go for AR35 of course.

Also, I am quite happy that my engine ECU is flashable... it didn't make much difference, but as I am updating servers for a living it is always nice to be on the latest version of everything  :)

If that involves more than plugging in a Tech2 then it ain't gonna happen!
Actually I was under the impression from what I've read on here that all the 3ltrs were AR35?
If that's the case; could the ECU be changed?
