I had one fall thro my letter box yesterday......not mine.....but for one of my cars.
37mph in a 30 limit.......tad unlucky as looking at the photo evidence he was at the end of a line of traffic......so will be the only car they could see the number plate on.....but still speeding is speeding!
Looking at the photo evidence and the online calibration cert for the camera......i noticed the camera has been checked at 25m/75m and 100m but the photo evidence shows distance from the camera and car was 112.8m.
SO what do peeps think that arguing that the camera could be inaccurate at this distance as its outside its calibrated range??
Dont get me wrong i dont agree with speeding but if i can save him 3 points and a £60 fine for a technicality.........
