Done few of these.
buy new mounts as a pair and replace,
both a bit of a pig to do.
undo both mounts, support engine on trolley jack with lump o wood on sump, jack engine up,undo bottom bolt, then wiggle out, I think I take the engine bracket off the drivers side as well, you will swear and moan while doing them.

I've used these products on trucks and cars and found the best way of using them is wash the veichle first then use the waterless polish they do work well. Polish a complete tractor unit in 20mins. Then reapply as an when using the 3 cloth system.
1st cloth to apply
2nd to remove
3rd to finish polish.

I was considering buying an ex-plod 330 boomer until I spoke to some of the pilots and service guys and saw the prices of them, basically the diesel pumps start to go at 80k, bit back end happy, and they are all retail money with 100+k. So I bought an 02 plate mv6 with 80k and history. :y

if you go to your local GM dealer they have a set of master keys to undo any GM wheel nut,you will need to take id etc with you normally costs a donation to the tea fund. :y but if youve got your locking wheelnut pass card makes it easier.
