Still trying to source a pair of plod rear springs for mine, but rare as hens teeth now by the look of it.  ::)
Thought I may have had some front springs in my spares pile, but had a look yesterday and couldnt find any.
Ones of a Herse are the same spec as police. If you've got EPC look on there, Hearse, Ambulance and Police.

Just popped into sainsburys garage, noticed some 5w30, fully sympathetic, Dexos2, £3.30 per Litre, so bought 6, will do for the Vivaro or the Large arsed Insignificant.

So might be worth checking your local Sainsburys Garage ...

General Car Chat / Re: So what have you done to your car today?
« on: 16 August 2024, 09:58:35 »
Well the fat arsed Insignificant, has decided to have a hissy, the headlight drl/sidelight has stopped working, now these being the afl lights there's a box of tricks located inside the light at the bottom, this box is what I think has ceased to be, now to get at it means trying to dismantle the light, and a s/h light is £400+  O and the little boxes are handed so I'm told, if you can disassemble the light to get it out,,, think it will be heat gun to soften the glue to disassemble.

Thanks both. Still waiting for a couple of sources to come back to me. Didn't expect it to be such a problem

What's the problem, the correct fluid is available, It's just a matter of draining it running it draining it again and refilling.
It shows how to in the Haynes manwell.

You need GM 93165147 or an equivalent, according to manwell it takes approximately 3.0ltrs, I would drain and refill, then drain and refill again.
