Its never been quite the same without him. Not the most competent broadcaster, but his passion is something that has been missing for the last 20 years.

How very,very  sad.
I was only watching some old BTTC videos last week that he commentated on and thought how much more entertaining he was than the later ones were, I laughed out loud at some of his spontaneous comments.
I read his autobiography several years ago and still have it so will revisit his life story.
Murray was one of , if not the , most enthusiastic motor racing commentators I ever had the pleasure to listen to and I have missed his acerbic narration in recent years.
Another Icon from my life gone.
RIP Murray.
