Spot difference,,, Pas pumps

 Okay, I supplied a pump to a member which I had in stock, for a 3.2. just had picture, pump supplied is different to the one said member has, I think his pump is 3.0L pump, I will be giving the member a full refund... Picture below, supplied pump is the clean one. Any one identify ???

Did it not fit?

If the mountings and fittings are the same, then no reason for not to work :-\

But I cannot understand why a 3.2 would have a what looks like a 3.0L pump, unless previous owner did modify the fittings..

But I cannot understand why a 3.2 would have a what looks like a 3.0L pump, unless previous owner did modify the fittings..

I recall the pump change did not align to the engine change year, so there was probably a short period where the 3.2 had the old pump, is it an early 2002 car?

 I don't know what year the car is, 
As I said it does look like it has the earlier pump fitted, looking at the picture, just trying to make it easier for the member to get the correct pump,

Its definitely the earlier pump they have, the round rear disc with circlip is the give away  :y
