I have a Fiesta 1.4 diesel which is £30  a year to tax,they offered installments on that !!
Mine is c.£18 a month, so it rounds it up nicely to about twenty quid.

So you pay £18 for an evil contraption that belches out black smoke and I pay £52.50 each month (£630 PA) for an ultra-clean future classic. :( :(

Hardly fair, is it. :-X :)

Hence the decision for my next car if forced to pay £600 means it will have a full fat 5.0 V8 supercharged under the bonnet.  8)
