Technology that you actually use is an appropriate level to your needs and makes life easier... Automatic sprinklers would be an example.

Not watching the news is no bad thing. As long as you know what is happening around you and how it directly impacts you is enough... Local roadworks or a change in opening hours at the local shop.

The greater world doesn't fret much about you, so why waste your time with things that someone else thinks is important to you...  ;)

We'll get well acquainted with QR codes when they've expanded the use of the vaccine pass (or Opportunity Pass as it's called in Lithuania) so that you have to show it even to get into your local corner shop.  ::)  :-X

Have it on good authority that ration coupons are being printed as we speak so stock up on tinned goods etc asap..😂😂😂

Rationing wouldn’t affect most forum members. They still have the spare bedroom full of bog rolls, pasta, tinned goods etc to last a thousand years.

I think I went into one when I was 18 and it was full of drunken idiots so not been in one simce. :(

So whts a recommended QR scan app for my phone,

Thought the phone should be able to scan these codes but I cant suss out how to do it (Galaxy S7 Edge)

Try a decent restaurant. Their menus are usually on a qr code ( well they are in Spain)
