2.6 3.2 ECU Question
« on: 06 February 2014, 15:05:17 »

Would a 2.6 ECU work in a 3.2? (Transponder thing aside for the moment) and if yes, is the 2.6 Map the same, asking the later due to emissions etc for MOT test.

Oh, and Auto vs Manual, any issues there for the main Engine ECU or does the Auto ECU take care of that side.

Thanks Chris.

Certainly an auto ecu will work in a manual car :y

They both use the same sensors, so the ecu should be easily able to sort the fueling based on airflow :y
