Is the tickover at 450rpm (ECO ON) or 550-600rpm (ECO OFF)?

If so, that is correct.

Is the idle stable?

Might be worth doing a pedal test and checking for codes. (something the dealer should have done while they had a Tech 2 on it). Any serious misfire will result in a trouble code on these ECUs.

Hi I had a similar fault and was told that it was on the coil packs did a test but it turned out to be the air flow meter
