Simple really. Leave planet earth in an extremely fast spaceship. Then return a couple of years later to find the world has moved on several thousands of years, and everyone you knew has been dead and gone for eons..

I doubt the human body would cope too well at 600+ million miles an hour though :-\
and even if I empty all the junk out the Omega, it won't go quite that fast anyway :P

I love a good Sci-fi but have not flicked through this. I must make time. :)
I'm currently reading a hardback copy of Too much and never enough, by Mary L. Trump. To say she enjoys giving her uncle Donald a good kicking is something of an understatement. ::) ::)

Ms Trump reckons uncle Donald is a pork pie short of a picnic to the point of being mentally deranged and unstable.
Apparently he is devoid of compassion and empathy........not much of a surprise this bit. :)

No they are not, and were not in the case of Hitler! ;D ;D ;)
Both were disolusional, carried away by their ego created by early successes in their careers that soon turned into an uncontrollable mania that can, and did, destroy life whilst devoid of reality. :( :(

If Im going to time travel I dont want to end up years in the future. I want to go forward just enough to get the numbers for the nest big Euromillions, then go back in time a few decades and carry on as if nothing happened.
The question is, would it be better to have known then what I know now ? Or not know now what I didnt know then ? ::) :)

a better plan would be to write down winning results of things like the football pools/ bets/etc down, then go back and get a the cash and have spent the last 30 years much richer ::)
but if you go back in time and alter things it never goes/ends well .there have been a few films about it ;D
may as well just deal with whatever **** life throws at you :y

Ive had 61 years of that Dave. I fancy a new approach to the problem. ;) ;D

Anyway.....the point seems to be that time travel into the future is science fact rather than science fiction. We just need the velocity to make it work.
How hard can it be for some boffin to come up with the answer. :)
