What will happen to this driver ?

A six month old baby girl has been killed in a multistorey car park in Tenby, the driver who killed her has no licence or insurance has been charged with dangerous driving also drinking & drugs offences suprise  suprise he has a foreign sounding name. The bastard should be hung.

I'm sure two tier Keir can find a punishment that takes equity and inclusion into consideration.

Recently there was a 4 year old killed by a hit and run driver in a stolen Porsche.

Not sure if he has had his collar felt yet.

Probably give him a house and an ankle bracelet, tell him he is under house arrest for two months so he cant leave the property. Jail is full so a way around it
