Only headlights come on but car wont

Only the headlights come on in the car but the car wont start.no other lights work the radio wont come on either, could've i've blown the main fuse the car is a Cadillac Catera. :) And the battery is brand new.

i would check the main fuses near the battery

alright thanks i will check that i was hoping it was just the fuse not something hard to fix.
