how to pull pins 12&14 to jump them

How to jump the pins 12 & 14 on the multifunction module under
the driver side panel..i dont know how to jump the at all. Thanks

Its a little gray box attached to the switch in the upper left corner.
and im trying to get my radio to stop turning off when the volume
is past a certain point

Usually a buggered speaker causes that one -

Cone jams at loud volume, radio see`s as a short circuit and shuts down.
