I was filling up with LPG at ASDACardiff Gate (54.7ppl) this afternoon and there was a bloke on the other side filling up the LPG tank in his Daihatsu Charade!    When I said that he must drive for practically nothing he said that he'd just put in £22 worth of gas and he'd get 280 miles. 

I'd rather spend a bit more and drive my Omega, but that is cheap motoring! 

Blimey tig road trip for you.

After all if he hasn't reared his ugly head after you suggested that his magnificent black Irmy Elite looks similar to my slightly shabby CDX with it's scrapes, scratches and  £2.74 windscreen wipers, then he never will.

They always come up after you buy one although thats a bit dented 

If you weren't too fussed about its looks or bodywork that Daewoo would probably make a great workhorse.    Izuzu engine maybe?
