Sounds bloody amazing for what it is!
Anyone had a drive in one? what are they like?

The only way to measure correctly is to use body fat calipers.
I,ve been working out for years and know exactly how to drop weight without losing muscle.
Its not easy and take's a lot of will power.....
I,m 6' 1" and started my 12 week cut about 4 weeks ago now.
Started at 16 stone 4lbs with 28% body fat (the beers and crap food had taken its tole over the last year)
working out 6 times a week (got my own gym in my workshop at the bottom of the garden) and eating 6 small meals a day 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats.
I,m now at 15 stone 5 lbs and 13.63% body fat.
Abs come in at around 10%.
I,ve been down to 5.8% before.
The workouts are killers as every 2 weeks I drop 150 calories and up the cardio by 10 minutes.
Worth all the effort though as you feel amazing with mega high energy levels.
about 9 weeks in I start to add the calories back in.
Give it ago anyone can do it if your strong willed.

Omega General Help / Re: Omega 3.2
« on: 04 November 2014, 07:54:08 »
hi everyone I'm new to the forum, need some help with various issues on the omega 3.2. It is 52 plate auto elite with 103.000 miles.
Couple of months ago noticed it pinking under load but not on idle. So I decided to change timing belt, water pump, thermostat, plugs and coil packs, now it's worse, so rechecked timing belt which is spot on.
Now I have fault codes as follows: 0650,420,300,302,304,306,303,100
Have also put new knock sensors on as well.
Did notice a bit of milky gunge on oil filler but have only been doing about 5 miles a day for last 3 weeks.
Only pinking when warm though any help would be appreciated

Here are your codes  :y
P0100 Mass or volume air flow circuit high input (MAF sensor)
P0300 Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected
P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0305 Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected
P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) - I get this code at least once a week- loads of info on here to move the pre-cat sensors to fix this code from showing.
P0650 Malfunction Indicator (MI) Control Circuit High Instrument
P0650 Malfunction Indicator (MI) Control Circuit Low Instrument
P0650 Malfunction Indicator (MI) Control Circuit Open Instrument

Your insurance company?
Shouldn't the wagon drivers insurance be paying out?

If it is your company doing the paying tell them to do one!

Omega General Help / Re: Thermostat transfer pipe question...
« on: 29 October 2014, 16:19:42 »
Ps, should i add some sealant to the new o rings?

I took the 'O' rings off the end of the pipe and cleaned everything up, then put a bit of sealant in the grooves and refitted the 'o' rings.
Then gave a smear of sealant over both 'o' rings again and fitted back.
Yes the bolt is a s##t to get back in.

Omega General Help / 2001 3.2 MV6 No heat from drivers side?
« on: 29 October 2014, 09:09:44 »
My MV6 has stopped blowing heat from the drivers side (downwards floor position) now just blows cold.
Also cold from all the front facing vents and the upwards screen vents also don't feel very warm? they do clear the screen though.
The passenger foot well does get nice and warm.

Any help guys  :y

When my 3.2 misfired I plugged my code reader in and NO codes!
Did the pedal trick and it showed up as the MAF, changed MAF and sorted.

Maybe stab/sway bar bushes? A guy at OCF had similar trouble and IIRC that was where the fault finally was. Though the clunk you hear when braking may be just old worn calipers, heard many (true)stories of those.
If the calipers are loose enough they will rattle over bumps in the road too.

Also pattern crap brake pads can move in the calipers.

Something about Audi interiors. They're always easily the classiest, overall best, of any of the German Marques. (excluding Opel, of course  ;) ) imo

The leather is excellent in Audi's but I hate that rubberised stuff they put over the switches/door handles etc  :-\
RS6 parts are just insane! I paid £490 for a pair of front discs for that.

I`ve used Autovaux for a few years now, didn`t know they hired out tools though, just bought a locking kit from Missy MV6  ;)
I need a few things so I`ll e-mail Kieron for some prices.

BTW whereabouts in West Yorkshire are you?

WF16 bud.
Also got a code reader/eraser if you ever need it  :y
