Cavalier MOT

Took the Cav for its test today. Oh dear. ::) ;D ;D

Handbrake - failed
Both balljoints on the wishbones - failed
Anti roll bar droplinks - failed
Brake test - incomplete as flexi hose ruptured during the test, and all the fluid leaked out onto the floor. ;D
N/s/f tyre - below legal limit.

Advisories.
N/s/r tyre - close to legal limit
rear brake pipe - slightly corroded
o/s/r floorpan - corroded near seatbelt anchorage, but not excessive
n/s/r end of sill corroded - just acceptable
Seat belt anchorage - corroded but not excessive.
o/s/r end of sill corroded - just acceptable
seat belt anchorage - corroded, but not excessive.

I think that was it. It will live again.£Approx. £100 worth of parts and a days work and it will be back on the road.Probably its last year though. ::)
