Title: no power to fans!

Well hopefully someone can help with this one.

Problem - non of the radiator fans are powering up.

It started out with me thinking it was just the main radiator fan not working so i've tried a new fan, changed the radiator temp sensor, checked the fuses but still nothing. So abit of searching and i found the post regarding the fan test connector, tried shorting the pins as advised in the post but all i get is the relay clicking but no fan movement >:(

Tried turning on the a/c and the a/c fans dont come on either.

so what do you think might be the issue?

fuses would be the 1st & easiest check ..... page 186  :-\
