Air con pump bypass short belt?
« on: 25 May 2011, 01:16:38 »

Hi, my omega 2.5td has been running rough and recenty got it looked and and was told its due to the air con compressor pump and that its sparking badly. I have a replacement pump but lots of places wont do or cant do the work as its apparently complicated. So Ive seen you can put a shorter belt on to miss the air con pully and that would solve my problem for the meantime. Was just wondering if anyone could direct me to the belt i need?

Thanks.

Know yours is a diesel mate but on the V6 a 4 pot belt does the job  :y

Vx list a non-aircon belt for the V6 - worth asking question if Vx do same for diesel  ;)
