As a drug and alcohol specialist of 20 yrs + ( professionally  ;)) you can have the odd drop Jason just don't overdo it. Them tabs can be quite Moorish though so don't get too attached to them  :y   

Sounds pretty painful though

Wouldn't it have been cheaper to buy them from pharmacy, than on prescription charge?

I pay 30p per tablet for a single prescription item, yet it retails at 5p per tablet but isn't available without a prescription.

How might you legally pay market rather than NHS prices?

As he says... I was known to have a drop when on Co-Codamol - Even went to a couple of meets when on them :-X ::) Don't drink on Tramadol though!!

I too will be surprised to see you returned to full fitness much before Christmas so don't over do it and follow medical advice ;)

Interesting point. We wonder why the NHS is in trouble. I am currently awaiting a reply from my MP regarding the following. My wife is on a drug, reluctantly prescribed by an endocrinologist, which costs the NHS £198 per month, I can buy the same drug, on-line, from Greece, for €12!
