Changed the fuel filter on the DTi and fitted the Trafficmaster aerial.

Nothing like revving up a diesel after changing the filter while the neighbours try and watch someones wedding on the TV  ;D

Well did bugger all on my mig today, but last bank hols, changed the old interior which was part leather ex police spec, part facelift cd spec, part preface passenger seat.

Now have full facelift mv6 cloth seats and changed the centre console for my silver spec.  Ooo... and a vacuum of the interior.  Looks loads better now.

Also put my 19" wheels on to  ;) .

Then spent the rest of the bank hols on and off x3 days sanding down all of the paint & primer on the Irmscher boot spoiler, ready for new lick of paint to match my mig!

Still got a lot of further stuff to sort out and do to it yet, but having fun working on it.  It's going to be looking different from its police days at the end of it all  ;)  ::)  :y

I serviced a citroen c4 hdi ,pain in the rather bum >:(,had to remove both wipers and windscreen scuttle to change air and fuel filters, whoever designed it has never looked under the bonnet of a car >:(
French cars mate....

Yeah, the designer just assumed that by the time it needed a new air & fuel filter, the wipers would have fallen off by themselves..  ;D

Cleaned and polished mine, inside and out. Got the worst of the brake dust off the wheels too. Looks quite smart, which will only last until tomorrow when it'll be parked under a tree at work for 12 hours.

Finished off the rest of the brake calipers today, strip each one down, cleaned up, paint stripped and resprayed Gold. "Mace" my Scoobie looks like someone owns it now, and more importantly it now stops . . . ;)

Today I recovered, yesterday I took 1 front shock off, knackered another, removed door cards, radio, front fogs, headlights, wing liners, was planning to take the exhaust off but got fed up by that point :)
