n/s suspension has an idle arm. i urgentley need the corresponding arm on the o/s + part No would be great . thanks in advance.

Do you mean the anti roll bar link as the only idler i know of is the steering idler for which there is only the one :-?. If it is this you mean then they are the same for both side and can be got off of eBay for under a tenner :y.
 Although it being a diesel i may be wrong as i don't know a lot about there make up :(.

not 100% certain but i think o/s is shorter on the tractors

you are right the idle are the same both sides, was put on a bum steer by local motor factor. all done & dusted now. but detected slight movement with ball joint on the anti-roll bar (me thinks)  :y :y

Errrrrr ...... steering idler is only on the nearside. Steering box arm is on the offside.
Are you not thinking of the tie-rods? - they have ball-joints on the ends.

it was the steering box arm, will attempt to fit in the morning noticed on further inspection the o/s anti roll bar balljoint is suspect.
