Another Essex meet ?

Anything happening on the next possible Essex meet.   Seems a bit quiet to me.

What about meeting up at The Crown pub or somewhere for brekkie ( seem to remember theres a cafe just round the corner from The Crown at Ardleigh if it,s still there)  & then having a run on to Clacton or somewhere for the afternoon. 8-) 8-)

When ?   possibly last week in September or first in October -be getting a bit chilly after that ;D ;D

Only a suggestion  - any other ideas kicking about? post em up !

Right guys, I have no idea why everyone is being so quiet about this! The last meet was a great success, and we have several new members in the area, so I really think it would be worth doing another meet before the end of the year!

I for one think Big Al's idea is cracking! If no-one else has a better idea, I suggest we set a date and let the dice roll... If no-one turns up, then at least we have tried...

Thinking early October personally, although I may not be able to make it depending on my situation (or I may come but in a different vehicle) :-/ :-/

Personally I'd prefer to meet at the Crown from around lunchtime onwards... "Cruising" down to Southend doesn't float my boat but each to their own :y :y

Hi Guys,

A meet at the Crown sounds like a spot on plan :y I don't know about breakfast for everyone, but I have got a big bag of bacon at the moment ::) Vauxhall were wanting £54 just to put my car in the same room as a tech 2, but Lazydocker came to the rescue and now it looks like my first problem is sorted.

He also mentioned about getting my autobox updated so if someone could do that at the meet it would be brilliant.

Look forward to meeting you all.

If I'm around I'll be happy to pop over with the Tech 2. :y

At last, we are getting some momentum!  ;D

Maybe someone with enough posts could start a poll of dates so that we can pick a date that suits the most people?  :y

Do you need a certain number of posts to start a poll now then?

I'll do one later tonight... Not got time at the moment :y
