I'm selling my Omega 3.2 V6 Elite

Those who are Aurobahnstormers at South Mimms will have seen it.  It has the usual extras including a colour Sat Nav.

I am looking to change car (VXR8) very soon and do not want two cars.  I'm looking to get about £2k4 for a quick sale.

Taxed until end October, MOT until mid September.
Mileage is 73Kmi (I've had the car from May 03, at 13Kmi IIRC) the car was ex-Vauxhall management.
Cam belt was done at 40K
Autobox had filter and fluid changed at 50K miles.
Air con was re-charged in 06; but was not needed.  Climate control chills nicely, it did then and still does now.
Last September 4 new tyres were fitted (Goodyear F1 I think they are)
At end of 07 I had coolant and brake fluid changed.
The oil and filter has been changed at least annually (was every 7k miles) as opposed to the 20k interval.
At last MOT it was recommended that front discs and pads would be due before this year’s.
Lambda sensors were changed after the contaminated petrol hoo haa a couple of years ago.

The car is garaged.

I’m presently waiting for the Vauxhall dealership to respond to my offer on the VXR8 – this should be soon.

do the ex plod cars miss the sun roof ? as i'm really looking for a 3 ltr or 3.2ltr with manual box but heard the spec on the plod cars are down on the retail spec

Aye, don't have sunroof.

Spec tends to be same as GLS, but with MV6 suspension and (if you're lucky) a limited slip diff.

If you're anywhere round this neck of the woods, you're more than welcome to have a gander at mine to see what to expect  spec-wise

hummmmm with the spec is it just a case of plug and play with the toys but no sun roof may be a issue lol

A lot of it is plug n play - never been that bothered about lack of sunroof tbh, especially with climate control

Phew what a busy day - getting insurance, buying one car, washing and trying to prepare the Omega!!

Sad to see it go  - its been the best car we've owned.

PS why the talk about sunroofs?  It had one; preselect.

Enjoy the R8. Hankering over one but little bit too expensive for me at the moment. What a bit of kit though. Beautiful!
