My MOT man, whose judgement I trust, says if someone gave him a brand new one he would pay someone to drive it to the nearest scrapyard to weigh it in for him. He hates them with a passion. 

I can still remember the reg number of almost every vehicle Ive owned, the birthdays of both parents, long since deceased. Both my sisters who I havent even spoken to for many years, my wife my kids and even the cat I had for 21 years from 1982.
However, I went out to the shed a few minutes ago, and couldnt remember why I went out there.

I'm hoping I can insure the pair for  less than £500 if I shop around.

Less than the road tax on the classic Vauxhall ancient sigmund 

Roughly £730 for the Signum when taken in 12 monthly payments, and £600 due for second year road tax for the Bavarian.....If memory serves the first year was around £1400.

To tax the large arsed insignia,, that runs on forklift fuel costs a staggering £20 English pounds per year, and it's paid in one go...none of this instalment rubbish

The earlier petrols had a Tritec engine developed with Chrysler

The early engine is rubbish and gearboxes made of cheese,believe it or not the French engine /box is better !!

Add the common steering rack failures, BL quality trim and electrics, horrific ride quality and the verdict is simple: they're utter shite
