The 2.6 Cambelt Lower Idler Change Date??

Been doing a bit of an investigation into the style of kit needed for my car whilst I'm away.  I can't remember what kit was in the box of cambelt goodies that I purchased from VX with the blank belt. But I do know that I have adjustable idlers/rollers installed in my car.  

So the question is when did Vauxhalls change over to the none excentric bottom roller/idler?? Does anyone have engine numbers etc etc.

I don't have the engine number with me other wise would phone VX from out here.
