Newbie Welcome Area / Just a nostalgic visit

Hi , not been on for a long time sold my last Omega in 2012 which I had from new ,2003, and bought a brand new Insignia which I still have and has been an excellent car, but still have a great liking for Omega’s , and just today a cracking one popped up for sale, five miles away, now I am in a quandary, as I really like the look of it , but having just took early retirement having two big cars could be hard to justify !

Stupidly traded this in last year, would gladly have it back, I believe its in northern Ireland , would love to know if it was available to buy back !

You can get special sockets in halfords to remove locking wheel bolts,cost about £16, you cant drill them they are hardened.

Has anyone had any bother with a leak coming from the fuel pump in the boot(under the inspection plate in the boot)large plastic nut seemed slack, tightened as in Haynes manual,fingers crossed!
