Title: Posts written this year
Post by: dad1uk on 26 December 2012, 10:20:51
I have been casting my mind back - doesn't take long - about some of the posts this year.

You have the regulars - bus nostalgia - which tyres - tracking - wishbones
Fun ones - Christmas party - Bonfire Night - Follow on messages from different meets
Inspirational ones - Chris's one about his sister
Sad ones - Death in the family - car written off - cam belt snapped

What post come to your mind that are worth looking up or perhaps just forgetting.....

MarkC's thread on his Carlton 3000GSi and it's total restoration project has really impressed me no end recently.  Just so exciting and amazing that someone has that kind of skill and commitment to keep a big engined Vauxhall classic on the road! What a wonderful job! :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) :y :y

While that's very kind of you to say so, I'd go for Daz's thread in car chat, "what have you done to your car today" or Mark Nortons Ginetta kit car build.

Yes, I like the project ones.  I've also enjoyed Webby's Mechanic School thread as well - even ignoring the actual content, I find it interesting from a social/phsycology stand, the learning process.
